  Although many banks are using the cards internally, there is all the more reason for the customers of the banks to use these same cards on their remote deposit scanners of the proper make and model!   In many cases, a normal corporate accounting office is much more susceptible to contamination that a bank is because many companies will have a manufacturing or warehousing operation on site that generates a tremendous amount of dust and dirt.

  Using a Waffletechnology Check Scanner Cleaning card once a week will keep your scanner from building up the dust, dirt, finger oils, and other contaminants that cause the scanners to slow down and eventually fail
