Rent a system to produce Credit Card Sized Plastic Badges !
We rent systems (laptop, software, hardware, and supplies) to allow you to produce your own customized badges as your atendees arrive onsite. We rent stand alone systems and networked systems which allow you to process anywhere from 40 - 400 atendees per hour. Optional services we offer are:

We will design your badge, or badges, and the database for each badge. Databases can be separate or combined for all badges.

We can supply our badges with a breakaway neck lanyard and a plastic hang holders with an attached clip. This provides your attendees / guests the flexibility to wear their badge in a manner that works best for them.

We can supply trained operators for the badging systems for an hourly fee.

We can supply, with the appropriate advanced notice, pre-printed card stock for your event. This allows you to only have to encode the variable information onsite. Minimum committments apply to this option.

Bar Codes and Encoded Magnetic Stripes can be added to your cards at nominal additional cost.

We will design your badge, or badges. In this option, the database will be combined for all badges with only a minimum of customization allowable.

We can supply trained operators for the badging systems for a nominal hourly fee.

We can supply our badges with a breakaway neck lanyard and a plastic hang holders with an attached clip. This provides your attendees / guests the flexibility to wear their badge in a manner that works best for them.

This option can be configured with a self sign-in option where your attendeeswalk up to a kiosk and create their own badge. Your event management will be responsible to insure that only valid attendees have access to these self sign-in stations.

Our badges for Conferences, Conventions, or other Events are the perfect compliment to your quality event. We can produce from as few as 2 to as many badges as you need. We have several methods of producing badges for you ahead of time and we can have all your badges produced and waiting for you at your Event location. Several methods are available to have us print your badges for you. They are listed below:

The slowest and most manually intensive method is to provide your data in a spreadsheet to us and we will print badges for you. Depending upon the number of attendees, there may be a lead time of up to 2 weeks to receive your badges.

The next mechanism involves Emailing us the registrant data as you receive it and we will place it in out database and print badges for you in time to deliver them to your meeting site or other designated loaction.

Our final method is to use our online system to enter the badges as you receive payment from your attendees or registration confirmation if there is no charge. We will then print your badges in time to get them to your meeting on time.
