Your customers today are much less comfortable about letting people into their homes and businesses to perform work or deliver goods. Recognition Technology Specialists now has an online card request system that uses a free client that you install on your system at your office! No longer do you have to take a picture and attach it to an Email then add in all the variable information and send it to us! You can plug in the Photo, fill in the variable information, and press a button to submit your print request to IDSystems Servers! Internally, you can differentiate your workers into groups that you define by adding a colored box around the perimeter of their image on the ID card. For instance:
If you orient the ID badge where the long edge is horizontal, we can reserve a space along the bottom of the badge to place a message like: "For ID Verification, Please Call: (999) 999-9999". This one little line can do wonders for your company's image and sales! You can place your main number on that line and tell your customers that you are willing to validate that your people are who they represent themselves to be. As an alternative, you can place a different phone number on the card and answer that number: "XYZ Company ID Verification". Can you imagine the impact such a move would have on your customer base! Here you are providing a special service to validate your employees ID for your customer's safety and peace of mind! What a marketing advantage you will have over YOUR competition!! Contractor Control. Many businesses today use temporary help in some fashion. These can range from temporary clerical positions to skilled professionals under contract for specific projects or periods of time. In addition to the differentiation of a contractor using the color boxes described earlier, we can add an expiration or "valid through" date to your contractor's card in either plain text or coded in one of more than a dozen different bar code styles available to us. We can put a bar code on either the front or back of the ID card to allow it to be used in your time clock. We can even supply you with a full Time and Attendance tracking system and the electronic time clocks for capturing your employees’ time. This way you can track your employee's time and have a better assurance that the employee is the one swiping the card. We have methods to prevent employees from photocopying their card and having another worker clock in or out for them.
